Buying from Classic Ford
The whole experience at Classic Ford was positive, from the minute we were greeted until we drove away. I am a disable vet and every dollar counts. The staff and management worked with us until we could come to a price that was agreeable to all parties. There were also no hidden charges once we started signing the papers, all charges, except tax were included in the sale price. That alone made the experience exceptional. This was our second new vehicle purchase from Classic Ford in five years. We went back this time because of the service we received the first. If I hear of anyone looking for a vehicle I always recommend Classic Ford.

Overall decent experience
First Ford new car purchase in 20 years and 14 vehicles. New car negotiation was easy through usaa. Great deal on new car however, reflected in lower trade in offer. Team was willing to negotiate and make some concessions to make deal. Not too pushy. Rico is down to earth and seemed to be the most sincere in his "I am here to help you" montra. From a person who likes new cars and dreads the sales process, this rates among the top 2 experiences in all those 14 new car purchases.

Purchase a H2 Hummer
I went to the dealership with low expectations not knowing what to expect. They went out of their way to explain all of my options and got the deal done to my satisfaction. What else can you ask for??

Easy Purchase
Like my other two purchases from John Benjamin at Classic Ford, I had a good idea of what I wanted before I arrived. "JB" new exactly which truck I was interested in. He had it ready for me to test drive when I arrived two days later. That was my truck. He gave me a good deal on my trade-in and I was out of there with my truck. Car buying should be this easy and it is. I know I have a salesperson and an dealer that I can trust to help me.

Purchased Neew 2013 F150 XLS 4x4
This is my 5th truck I purchased from this dealership. Previously the dealership was under Bob Bennett, now under Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia. My recent visit I showed up at 0800 and noticed that the operating hours are now 0900-0800 on Saturdays. So I walked around looking at the different models of the new trucks. I was looking for a regular cab or SuperCab with 4x4, the V6 EcoBoost, 6' bed, powered pedals, etc. I was met by a person who introduced himself as the manager of the internet department. He said that he would have a saleman get with me as soon as they came in. At 0830, Rico Gibson came out and introduced himself. He took me around looking at the new models. I also, took me down to the overflow fenced in area to show me more of their inventory. He went out of his way helping me to make my decision by showing different F150 packages. He set me up with two possible trucks I was interested in, arranging test drives. I drove the first one, one that I picked our earlier. I saw that this one had everything I wanted. So I made my mind up without having to test drive the other, since I loved this color over the other one. I also ordered some all weather floor mats, Rico, took me back to the parts department personally to place the order with the parts department. Rico mentioned that the battery was dead on the truck and they had to jump start it, as the truck's battery loss it's charge sitting on the lot. I had a concerned, that I wanted a new battery if I bought the truck. He assured me that he would have a new one installed. Rico went out of his way in making my purchasing experience enjoyable. I would like to say that all of the other employees would go out of their way to ask me if someone was waiting on me, as I walked around while the purchase process was taking place. They give you the impression that you, the customer is the most important person there. I was offered refreshments numerous times. The finance manager, my sales representative also greatly made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy a new vehicle.

Car Purchase
It was time to purchase another vehicle and since I had already had 3 other Ford Expeditions I wanted to take a look at the most recent version. It had been quite a while since my last purchase and the salesman I dealt with was no longer at the dealership I had used in the past. I thought I would try Classic Ford. Am I glad I did. I got the deal I wanted and the new Expedition was even nicer than my previous ones. Mack was very helpful in the process.

I really loved Raymond, nice guy!
This is the second purchase our family made in the last year from Classic Ford. On both occasions we visited a Chevy dealership prior to our visit at Classic. Comparatively it's simple...Ford just has better customer service and Raymond was no exception, not to mention the price of a brand new Ford! The guys at Ford stayed open well past their closing time to make the deal happen and even the finance lady was extremely nice at 10:00 at night! Thanks Raymond, I love our new Explorer and appreciate your attentiveness and kindness on the purchase of our new vehicle. You are awesome!

Mr. Wayne M. Oswald
We had a very good experience everyone treated us just like family. Jack really made us feel comfortable, and he was very knowledgeable. The manager Mack Spain was very handsome in his Gamecock attire, and that makes us happy as we are Gamecock fans. Even though Jack is a Clemson fan We highly recommend him and Classic Ford of Columbia.

I had a phenomenal experience with this dealership. Mr. Beckett listened to every detailed in what I was looking for in a car. He found the perfect car for me. He was patient, and very kind.
