I needed to order the vehicle and had to wait a couple of months, but it was worth it. I love my Forrester! It rides smooth. It has a lot of features that I still need to figure out, but someone is always available for questions. The sunroof is awesome! Everyone that gets in the vehicle says it?s very roomy, even while sitting in the back seat.

I was very pleased with the timely manner that expedited the service to my car. The personnel were both friendly and informative. Thank you!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Dont buy a car here and definitely DONT GET ANY WORK DONE HERE. Negative stars if I could. Trust me when I say the 4.4 rating currently is 100% bogus. Most of those happy reviews are from excited ppl who just bought a new car that the salesman encouraged. Read a real review of the company on how it addresses problems and handles bad situations. This dealership FAILS spectacularly! Since there is a character limit, my full review can't fit here. You can find my full review on their FB page, if they dont delete it. I'll be brief and to the point here. I brought my 05 STI in to have the turbo replaced within a week. They said they could do it within that time frame. Had them do a compression test. Numbers came back 135,130,130,135. They tell me its marginal, turbo will be done by Friday. Friday comes and they call me saying ANOTHER guy did the test and HE said, numbers are bad. They REFUSED to replace turbo and will only do it if they replace the short block ($5k job). I was on vacation and on a time limit, had no other options really. Service manager says their work would be warrantied, so I said go ahead. A full month later, after horrible communication the entire time, the car is ready. After I get back to CO, check engine light comes on. Take it to dealership out here and they say everything's good on the top end, must be something with the short block. $3k to tear down the engine again. Subaru dealership in CO says exhaust valves not up to spec (not installed properly) causing an air leak. And its NOT under warranty...Subaru of Ontario lied to me. I called 3 other Subaru dealerships and gave them the exact same scenario of how I went in to Subaru of Ontario...compression numbers and turbo symptoms. All 3 said they would not refuse replacing the turbo, meaning Subaru of Ontario forced on me a $5k job that didn't need to be done. All 3 said while the compression numbers were a little low, they were all well within the limits and that they shouldnt cause any problems to the car. Subaru of America basically said they wont help either. So this place forced me to do an unnecessary $5k engine job that they botched, costing me an additional $3k to identify their mistake, and now they won't take any responsibility for it. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, unless youre a masochist and truly enjoy torturing yourself

Love my new forester sport. It?s gorgeous, feels environmentally friendly and spacious. I can?t wAit to take it camping. Subaru Ontario is clean and the people are nice and informative. I love Subaru.

This dealer has great customer service and helpful technicians that explained to me what exactly was being worked on and got the job done fast
