The mechanics at Hatfield, after hearing our concerns, took initiative and helped solve the problem and it actually felt like they listened and looked out for the customer in our case. More often than not I leave feeling like I'm handed an invoice without effort to truly repair the issue.

Alex and Adrian are awesome. I had a check engine light come on and brought it straight to them. Diagnosis was loose ground cable on starter. Top notch service.

Alex was very helpful when my truck had an issue the day
Alex was very helpful when my truck had an issue the day before Christmas. He assured me and got a rental vehicle so that I can travel out of state to see my family. My truck was quickly fixed and returned to me.
