Service Department is spotty. Communication is not a strong point. Vehicle waits are sometimes lengthy. Past what is promised. It’s close otherwise I’d try elsewhere

Adrian in service is great manny the porter is outstanding however the sales team is garbage and the mechanics suck. The sales team never calls back and doesn’t want to earn my business. The mechanics always leave the inside of my truck or my wife’s Acadia with oil and grease stains or the paper on the floor or break things and when I mention it I’m told the tech says it was broke when we got it in which is a lie. Adrian in service does his best to make up for it and I appreciate him
