Alex was very helpful when my truck had an issue the day
Alex was very helpful when my truck had an issue the day before Christmas. He assured me and got a rental vehicle so that I can travel out of state to see my family. My truck was quickly fixed and returned to me.

It feels as though being a loyal longtime customer does
It feels as though being a loyal longtime customer does not mean as much. My Father in law spoke so highly of your business, I kept coming because he made it sound like the only place to go. The first time I brought his truck in, I felt what he was talking about. Now, just another anybody. When I picked up my truck, now. Dad can’t drive anymore, it was all about you need this, this and , this, gonna cost cost this much. See ya bye! No consideration for being a customer for over 40 years, nothing. It’s sad.

Adrien is such a God send . He is so patient , informative , and knows his stuff. Having car problems is so stressful! And I keep humans alive ! 😂 But he walked me through the whole process from start to finish . He helped me address other things found during inspection , ensuring my kids and I felt safe and issues addressed. He also is so easy to talk to and work with. You can tell he’s experienced and knows his job well. I appreciate this so much, especially with this kind of money. A Cadillac is maintenance for sure but I love my truck. 🩵Thanks Adrien for always coming through when my Cadi is a drama queen, and keeping her alive! Appreciate you guys!

I have been here a few times for an oil change. And the service advisors are courteous. The wait time Can fluctuate but the waiting area is fine. I haven’t had any reasons for complaint thus far.
