This visit went much better than the last one. Carr came in to change the belt, down in an hour and a half. Sometimes they wash the car after service and sometimes they don’t. This time I asked that the car not be washed, I had just washed and detailed that the night before and when they brought it up to me, it had been washed. It was water on it on the wheels so we had to send it back to dry off and even after that, I parked it in their lot and gave it a full dry down. There was a miscommunication somewhere.
