THE SERVICE MANAGER PULLED A MAN TO WORK ON MY CAR. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL 2OCLOCK. I HAD A BELL AND I DIDN'T WANT TO DRIVE WITH A PROBLEM AND I WAS OUT QUICKLEY.

I treated very well, Rick your Service Manager did an excellent job on informing about what was needed and he stayed in intouch with me thru out the time my Truck was being repaired. He was very imformative about what was needed and how much time it was going to take to order the parts and do the work, just an excellent job, I know that I will be returning there to do my regular maintenance, so looking foward to dealing with your personel again.

Rick was very professional and courteous. Kept me informed and called me as soon as my vehicle service was complete. I also enjoyed the shuttle service gentleman (his name escapes me) but he was very friendly and prompt to pick me up when my truck was finished.
