Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Jim Brooks is an excellent salesman. He did a great job of working out a deal that I was comfortable with on exactly the car that I wanted!

We have 2 small kids and it is impossible for us to sit at a dealership to go through the whole car buying process. Eric worked tirelessly for two straight days going back and forth with us over the phone so we wouldnt have to come in until it was time to sign papers! Eric made sure we got exactly what we wanted at the price we were comfortable with. Not to mention, he was probably the nicest, most up front sales guy ever! Tony was also extremely nice and helped get us to where we needed to be. Very refreshing experience!

I want to comment on the outstanding service received by Jim Brooks and the staff at Glendora Chrysler Jeep. This is my first time leasing a car. I had so many questions. I emailed dealerships with all my questions and received a reply from Jim. He was patient responding to all my questions and extremely professional and helpful through the entire phase of the leasing process. He was wonderful to work with. It was good .Eric was an excellent sales person. He was very helpful in helping me find the car I needed. Everything went well with the exception of the seats were not the color I prefered at first but now satisfied. He was not aggressive which made it perfect. I had to drive 50 minutes to get thier but it was worth it. He was very honest about the price and helpful in answering my questions . Thank you
