Overall experience was pretty good and we got an excellent truck at the perfect price;the sales men were helpful and not pushy. The finance portion was easy and very clear. Only downside was (1) we waited about 4 hours to receive our car, which was being transferred in and (2) "required" LoJack ($800). Update: Turns out the LoJack service is definitely optional; once we realized this it was too late to retract our contract but after a few calls we were able to exchange the LoJack for a few add-ons that equaled the same value.

Straight forward, no games, or being bounced around so much that you forget names. Everyone was friendly, enjoyable, and willing to help any way they could.

I had been the market for a new vehicle for over a year. I was specific in what I wanted. Anytime I went into Glendora Dodge they were always kind and straight forward. I was not bounced around between so many people that I forgot names. They always did their best to try and make what I wanted work. I am happy to say we finally did this past weekend and could not be happier. It will be years before I look for another vehicle but when I do this place will be my first spot.

Great internet service team, prompt responses from all employees, and good financing options. Jim Brooks was great and did everything I asked for. I would certainly recommend them.

I didn't feel as if I was haggling with someone over price and deal. Very helpful but a bit slight aggressive. Ruben Ram was very professional and worked well with us.
