Glendora Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I purchased a used 2012 Ram 3500 from Glendora Dodge. I was very impressed with Jim Brooks' professionalism and knowledge of the Dodge products. Jim was also very helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend you chat with him if you are purchasing a new or used car. I did have difficulty getting the deal closed in the finance department, and had to correct details of the agreement multiple times. As always, it is wise to read everything before you sign! I am glad I did because there were significant mistakes made (e.g. the 8year/125K warranty was entered on the paperwork as a 7 year/100K warranty 3 separate times!). The net effect was to make the paperwork portion of the deal last approximately 30 minutes longer than it really needed to. Aside from that one issue, my experience with the Glendora Dodge Dealer and Jim Brooks was overall a very positive experience!

Fast friendly service! Clean waiting area with all you can drink coffee! A cute play area for kids! The bathrooms are very clean too!

I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee here and it was an overall great experience. Each staff member was very helpful and friendly during my visit. They allowed me to extensively look at each vehicle i was interested in prior to making my decision. They also input extra effort to clean my vehicle at my request. The paperwork process was very quick which was nice as in the past with previous car purchases it took over an hour! The sales rep I was working with, Tamara Tolleson, was very helpful in getting me acclimated with my new car. She went through each function within my vehicle as well as getting me all set up with the features of my nav screen. She also picked me up from the Enterprise when I had to return my rental! Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and the friendly staff here at Glendora Dodge!

Poor communication with scheduling and vehicle being finished. Finished work is crap. Service writer caught talking trash about me when in the next room. The only up side is Loren and Jim in sales. This dealer has lost my service business.

Went in to look at a New Jeep Cherokee. They are a Family Owned dealership and you can tell just by the way they treat you. They let me drive all the models and explained to me the difference of a purchase and a lease. I did end up buying it and was introduce to the parts and service. It was so easy and not a big drama on my day off. I would recommend them to everyone.
