I stopped here for an oil change because of the reviews. They pulled my truck in within 30 minutes which made me happy. The service advisor told me max time would be 1 hour. After 2 hours I kept looking at the service bay where my truck just sat. After watching 3 technicians huddled together laughing and joking I finally asked my service advisor what the problem was that my truck was just sitting there. He called and told me the tech assigned to my truck said it would be another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later they finally pulled my truck out. Very frustrating considering I was at the dealership for 3 hours for an oil change! Also I was told the cost would be $179.95. Then when I was going to pay I was told that the truck needed a little more oil than anticipated and the cost was $197.10 What? How many oil changes has this dealership done on an F350 to where they would know how much to charge? What a disappointing experience here!

The salesman Fernando was great made my wife son and I feel very comfortable. He went above and beyond to make a deal happen. Now the finance guys could use some work on their customer service. It’s cool to be aggressive and try and get the deal done. I did not appreciate however that they tried to sell me on an insurance plan that was not beneficial to my family after they saw me having a difficult time acquiring insurance. I also did not like how when my wife went back to our the car she was treated rudely by the finance person because she declined the extended warranty offer. She felt very disappointed that the worker couldn’t even say thank you for your business after spending $20,000 dollars at the dealership. I will still talk good about your salesman but I will warn people about the attitude we received.

The internet director got me a great price on my 2024 F150 and took my lease in. I couldn't be happier
