The rep who took my car in to get an oil change was very

The rep who took my car in to get an oil change was very nice and helpful. I told the rep I received a text for an oil change of 39.99 she said that was for the one in Greenville or Easley . I said ok I understand, but she still wanted to help and said she will give me a 25 dollar off the price I said thank you , but the rep inside would not honor it . Poor services on her end . Due to didn't get tire rotations . If I had of known that I would've gotten it. If I could take my car to Greenville I would..

Very inviting dealership.

Very inviting dealership. All associated are very kind and knowledgeable. The snacks were delicious. Prices are excellent and inventory is plenty. Highly recommend them

Great experience in the beginning and now HORRIBLE!

Great experience in the beginning and now HORRIBLE! Even though, I bought an extra warranty for my 2022 Chevy Camaro. Engine light came on 2 WEEKS after driving off the lot. Obviously, “Not my problem.” once driving off the lot. Sales man did his typical extremely nice and try to recommend to about of military families here in Augusta. The opposite mow where I make sure no one comes here. I brought my Camaro to the Nissan in North Augusta, SC and OF COURSE, thermostat needing to be replaced doesn’t get covered. Tried to rip me off and quote $1400. Went to a “ma and pop” shop highly rated and recommended by other military families in Augusta and even found another part that needed to be replaced way before I purchased this vehicle. My husband helped me co sign and brought every paperwork needed since he’s active duty army. Brought his LES, orders and etc. Not our first rodeo and salesman, Brayden tried to argue with him he had to have a Georgia DL. My husband bought 3 vehicles prior while being in the service and never had issues. Late to mail us the temporary tag since couldn’t print in the office. I travel for my job and think license plate is a tad important especially up and down the east coast. Called to talk to a manager about this and still no response. Very unprofessional and horrible business. If you want to be ignored and no one call you back, this is the place for you.

Has a deer knock off the passenger side outside mirror

Has a deer knock off the passenger side outside mirror and put the mirror on the back seat and had it towed to Nissan on Clemson Blvd. They had the car for over 15 days and finally hear from them when they said they couldnt find the mirror had left on the back seat. They charged me over 800.00 for labor and a part they lost !!

My son in-law purchased a 2019 Versa and less than 2

My son in-law purchased a 2019 Versa and less than 2 weeks later the rear bumper fell off driving down the road. The general manager accused him of doing it himself and basically said they didn't care. this place needs to be shut down.

I bought a new 2022 Nissan Sentra on 25 Apr 2023.

I bought a new 2022 Nissan Sentra on 25 Apr 2023. The next day the radio screen went out. This is ONE day later, It has not been 20 days and the dealership has had the car 5 out of the 20 days and the car has not been FIXED. I would STRONGLY recommend that you do NOT buy from them since they don't fix a problem under warranty that happened 1 day after you buy a brand new car,

I have purchased two cars from this dealership and the process was easy. I recently had to take one of my cars in for maintenance. I was treated better than any dealership has ever treated me. My service advisor, Johnny, AMAZING!!! He kept me up to date with the repair as well as how the claim to my horrible extended warranty company was progressing. I will never take my car to another dealership for service.

First Impressions matter

Always get excellent service Everytime I go here. Never seen a car dealer that is so well run. Johnny that greets me is outstanding person. He is personable and is number one far as I am concerned. He treats people with kindness, caring, and just so good at his job. He should be recognized for job performance. I like it when he greets me. So many other nice people there as well, but he stands out when he greets you. THE BEST
