My husband and I are FORD Truck people who usually purchase pre-owned vehicles. Living in Maine, the vehicles are subject to rust from the salt on the roads. We always said that we would be interested in purchasing a FORD pickup from a Southern Ford Dealership on one of our many road trips to Texas visiting family. A good friend living outside of Atlanta recommended Anderson Ford to us a couple of years ago. Returning to Maine this November from one of those family visits, we had a little extra time to make a visit to Anderson Ford. We were pleasantly greeted by everyone on the team and were assigned Tommy as our salesman. Car dealerships, in general, can be very pressuresome and this is a trait that neither my husband nor I like when looking to purchase a vehicle. Anderson Ford is probably the least pressuresome dealership that we have ever visited. Tommy knew his inventory, listened to our criteria, and very professionally directed us to the different trucks on the lot that were within our specifications. Manager Joe was easy going and it was a joy to work with him. When it came time to negotiate the final price, the team listened to our needs, and we were very satisified with the final figures.
