Anderson Ford has officially earned the title of the most incompetent service department I have ever dealt with. I brought my vehicle in because the AC stopped working — not because I wanted “routine maintenance.” After paying THOUSANDS for an extended warranty specifically meant to protect me from major repair costs, your solution was to dismiss an actual leak as “maintenance” so you wouldn’t have to properly cover or repair it. And not only did you fail to fix the issue… somehow the vehicle came back WORSE. This is now the THIRD time your dealership has either misdiagnosed or completely failed to repair my vehicle correctly. Three times. At this point it stops looking like incompetence and starts looking like negligence. As a widow raising five children, I don’t have unlimited time, money, or emotional energy to repeatedly bring a vehicle back for the same unresolved problems while being treated like I don’t understand the difference between routine maintenance and a leaking AC system. People buy extended warranties because they expect peace of mind — not loopholes, excuses, and service departments that shrug their shoulders while sending customers back out in broken vehicles. The complete lack of accountability, communication, and actual repair work is honestly disgraceful. I would strongly advise anyone considering Anderson Ford to think very carefully before trusting them with your vehicle or your money.

The buying experience was great. Worked directly with Griffin to get an out the door price on a new Expedition via email. He worked hard to find a few options at other dealerships that matched the build we wanted. The offer came in about $2,500 lower than any other dealers. The purchase process was simple with Floyd and they even delivered the Expedition to my driveway.
