I was sold a 2011 Ford edge which is a very nice vehicle. The service center was awesome and very prompt while doing the work to my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle from the dealership yesterday and today only 24 hours later I have a check engine light on and hopefully it will be resolved without any money from my pocket. But the problem that I did have is I was told by the finance manager that I would be receiving new tires due to the fact the two front tires are bald. I realize they cut me a deal on the vehicle per se and also said that they did everything they could without losing money but I do feel the tires should have been replaced. I know without a doubt they would not put their wife, son, daughter, etc in it the way they look

I went in for an oil change. Mechanic found bad tires. Service guy found me tires I could afford and changed them. That is why I go to Lumberton Nissan.

The person that sign my word order in, almost made me change dealerships. A little rough, a matter of fact personality. Thank you for your promptness
