Battery Replacement
I went into the service department needing a new battery, explaining how the road service company which got me jump-started recommended a GM battery over the last battery purchased at Advance Auto. I got a new Delco battery quickly, and was not charged for the labor to replace it. This was a surprise, and it was much appreciated. My car has had nothing but service from Parker Buick since it was purchased new in 2005, The service people at Parker are friendly, helpful and customer focused.

Hassle free buying
They made the process of getting a new car extremely easy and hassle free. I fully expected it to be an all day event, but not here at parkers. I was in and out and had my brand new dream truck I've always wanted.

Great experience with the service department
I love getting my truck serviced at Parker GMC. I have been going there since I moved to Morehead years ago. The new service manager Chris is a pleasure to work with. He makes an otherwise dull experience an absolute delight. They take the time to explain things very well and make it easy to understand. I recommend their service department to everyone I know!
