I've purchased vehciles from Chatsworth Ford and I use their service department as well. Mitch and Perry are excellent to deal with. I called and set an appointment for the Works Package and within 45 minutes I was back on the road again. PLUS since I'm on a rewards package, my next service is free! Thats hard to beat!!!

Me and my family have been buying cars from Chatsworth Ford for over twenty years, we've dealt with the same people for that many years (Jimmy Wilbanks and Chris Pendley) . Not only have we bought cars there we've recommended all our friends. They're not a better bunch of people anywhere.

bad service at dealership and carwash
You need to review your staff further. Do you honestly think problem employees will readily admit to bad customer dealings? And your carwash next door is the biggest joke in chatsworth. And having a rude manager to boot?? She runs 90% of your customers off with her uncaring,and unprofessional attitude. And tells customers "if they don't like it, to never set foot on the property again", that's a great customer service policy to have.. My wife complained after we purchased our new edge and was told by her that her husband owned it anyways,and she was the manager.. And she ran it the way she wanted. Since, I took her advice and never stepped foot on either properties since early summer. Dalton's not that far, and I've not had problems since. But to ask problem people if there's a problem?? Thanks for the time.

Great place to buy a Ford
Chatsworth Ford is far and above the best place I have found to buy a Ford in the Chattanooga TN to Rome GA area. They are honest and upfront about financing and have offered me a fair trade in each time I have returned to purchase a vehicle. I have shopped around each time and every time they were able to beat any other dealership's offer. The only complaint that I could have is that their inventory is not a big as some other dealerships and that their service dept is closed on Saturdays currently. (It would be alot more friendly for the customer if they were closed one or 1/2 day during the week and open on Sat. in my opinion.) The inventory size isnt really a huge deal as they have always been willing to work with other dealerships to locate anything I wanted down to the exact features. I have always felt like going there you are treated like a person and not like a $. If I see anyone I have dealt with in the past outside of the dealership they always speak to me and my family and always know our name. Service like that is hard to find nowadays.

Worst dealership ever!!!!
Don't ever buy a vehicle from here. They will not stand by their products after you buy it. You wil be on your own. They lie and will not help. Jimmy Willbanks (sales associate) is the worst. He hops from one dealership to another. He tells you lies before you buy and then denies them after you purchase the vehicle.
