Damaged my dash
Damaged my dash during an $1800ish ac repair. Promised to replace my dash. Then refused, offered to patch it up instead. Should do what their service manager said he would do. Costs way too much to get customers to come to a dealership, only to treat them like they are unreasonable whe THEY screw up. I even gave them a perfect survey after they ruined my dash, assuming they would honor their word like a good business does. They should know that it only costs more money, and potential customer loss when you treat a good local family like this. We will let everyone know, and take it to litigation if this is not made right. Soon.
I am pleased with the friendly and quick customer service that I receive when I go into Chatsworth Ford. I have done business with this dealership and will continue for the foreseeable future. A great company to work with.

Excellent experience with both sales and service
We bought a new Explorer and slightly used Transit Connect from Chatsworth Ford, and we couldn't be happier. Jimmy found what we needed and let us test drive it, Roger hooked us up with the financials, and we were driving in no time. Service visits for maintenance are always easy with no problems. I usually wait on the Works services (oil change, tire rotation, inspection, etc.) to be completed, and it doesn't take very long. I recommend Chatsworth Ford if you need a new vehicle or any service work. We plan to buy our next vehicles here for sure.
