Multiple purchases from dealer

this is my 5th car to buy from Crain Kia in NLR and as always it was a very good experience. Tim has always been attentive and a great help.

Owner

We bought a 2014 Kia Soul in March 2017, and was promised an extra key. I have talked to 3 different people, including the general manager, and they all have promised to get me the extra key and I never hear from them until I call again and again. We live 80 miles away and really did not expect such poor service. Totally sick of them. Would not recommend them to anyone!

Nice, but doesn't answer

Great people and place only thing is my dealer doesn't answer his phone when I have questions. Makes it difficult to get in touch with him, so I had to call someone else.

Love everyone there. Great group but...

Bought my car brand new and between the first and second oil change I developed a rough idle. I asked about it and was told it was because I was buying gas anywhere and Kias are notorious for rough idling . I buy gas at Exxon and Shell. I went back for 3rd oil change and asked for the tech to look at it, same response. Emissions building up from bad gas. I said after 5k? Yes. That's my only complaint. I love everyone and am treated very nice.

Very satisfied with the whole purchase process. Sales personal very well informed on products he was selling. Allowed to make my own decision without pressure. Will return again when I am back in the market for a vehicle.

My experience with Crain Kia

Crain Kia is the best place to buy a ? by far! Even the service afterwards is exceptional. The people at Crain treat you like family....from the salesman to finance and back in the service dept., these are all amazing people with such warm personalities. This will be the last dealership I plan on buying a car from. Thank you Crain Kia.

Great Service!

Me and my grandmother had NO intention on buying or trading anything in. But Justin, who gave us a call about a possible trade in.. was very nice. So we stop by, we arrived and met Jerry Smart, long story short I not only got a better deal and a newer model of the Kia Sportage but my grandma got an opportunity to get a new car, which she's been dying to get for awhile. Jerry was very nice, cared about what our request were, and made them happen. We truly thank him and would recommend him to anyone!
