Purchased a used Truck

Been looking about s months and stopped by Crain Kia in Sherwood, In 5 Days found a 2007 Nissan Frontier Extend Cab 112,000 miles , just what is was looking for. sales person David Spillers was the best sales person to work with , no heavy presser sales like others, worked with me to find just what i wanted, Best Sales Person

Wow! ( in a good way 😁

My experience fair exceeded any I’ve ever had while researching for a new car! Even though I haven’t bought yet, the entire staff rolled out the red carpet as though I was a lifetime customer. I was even introduced to the Customer Relations Manager, Krista, who greeted me with a warm smile while being VERY informative. I will definitely be making my upcoming purchase with them!

Outstanding

I absolutely loved the customer service and the employees. Everyone had an smile on their face, and great attitude. Answered every single question I had and did not rush me in an way.

Friendly Service every time

Thomas is always quick to help and is easily trustworthy. I will always go see him for my service. He always lets me know when a significant charge is coming up so I can be prepared in advance.

Deal not fullfilled..

I recently purchased a 2016 Kia Sorrento. I thought the deal was a good one until I was given only 1 set of keys. I was told that another set would be sent to me. It has been 4 weeks and 5 calls and still no keys. I was told that if I wanted another set, I would have to purchased them myself. This is not what I was told when I purchased the car. I do not know the cost of the keys, but I should not have to purchase a second set when I was told that I would get the second set free.

Justine Torres is Amazing

I do not usually leave reviews unless one of two things has happened. Either sustained excellence, or a feat of phenomenal service. Justine delivers both on a regular basis. Getting your car serviced is usually not the greatest thing to happen in life. But Crain Kia and Justine make it as great as it can be through their professionalism, excellent customer service and decent facilities. I highly recommend her if you are getting your car serviced.......whatever they are paying her, it is not enough.

Crooks

I will never go back. Crooks. How do these people sleep at night? Do not recommend ever stepping foot in there. They suck worse than superior Chevrolet does.

LIARS, POOR ETHICS MANAGEMENT

POOR Ethics, FLOOR MANG. SALES MANG. ACTUALLY LIES.....dont buy a car at the end of month. So disorganized almost got wrong car already detailed, gas full. Can't find keys OH MY I would have some kind of key system. I ACTUALLY try to help find extra key. It was on sales managers desk. DAY LATER. Took car to get CD player put in. Really glove box!!! NO PAID $300.00 was told I'd get refund of actucal price. Cheapest CD & Labor was done it didn't cost no 300.00. I could have look ed up that and installed it myself. Outright LIED TO my husband going in dash.
