To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received at Burn Chevrolet. On June 18, my truck had to be towed to your dealership due to engine failure. From the moment I arrived, Dustin Wilkins provided exceptional assistance. He greeted me, shook my hand, and assured me that everything would be taken care of. As this became a warranty issue, Dustin kept me informed every step of the way and expertly handled all the necessary processes with the warranty company. Ultimately, my truck required a complete new engine, and I was incredibly impressed with the speed and professionalism of the work done at Burn Chevrolet. Your entire mechanic staff is top-notch. While I didn't get a chance to meet the mechanics who worked on my truck, I can attest that the performance since getting it back is unbelievable. I highly recommend Burn Chevrolet, and I want to extend a special shout out to Dustin Wilkins and your entire mechanic staff. You are all true professionals who genuinely prioritize the customer. Please do not buy a car here.

Please do not buy a car here. It the worst decision you will make. The do not honor their warranties at all. The owner will tell you to call the service manager, for you to be ignored. I have spent over 16,000 in a little over 3 months rebuilding motor and transmission. Replacing manifold gasket and both catalytic converters. For my truck to still not run right. Go somewhere else

Customer service and car repair

My buying experience was great everyone so helpful. However 2 weeks of having my car the transmission had to be fixed. Now a few weeks later new problems have occurred and I returned the car for repairs. I have to say the comments made to me because I had to buy my car through the buy here pay here due to financial situation. I was made to feel undeserving because of my buy here pay here situation. I was told “ this is what happens when you buy through pay here buy here like I was beneath others with car problems. I felt demeaned and low class just trying to get my car running safe because of my buying situation . I feel like I will not get quality service and as I now I’m afraid to drive the car. I will be making my 3rd payment next week and I know I’m paying double for the car but I have to have a safe reliable vehicle. After I talked with service sept today I was told they have to go through that dept I guess to get permission to fix my car even though it has a warranty and I have the money to pay the deductible. I’ve never been treated like a low class citizen until I’ve had to have my car back in for repair. I didn’t complain that my car had not been detailed and I was told another company did the inspection on the car not burns. I’m afraid to even bring this car back home but I don’t have a choice I need a vehicle
