Let without a car for the first 3 days of a warranty
Let without a car for the first 3 days of a warranty repair. Was told parts on back order no timeline so I took the rental car on business trip and my truck was done they then made me pay for the over days on my rental car. So no car for 3 days then I had to rush back from Nashville and pay the day overage out of my pocket. Terrible service.

Appointment time is only to get in the door not to start work. All other appointment times are to start work. Cost was excessive, will not be back.

Had to bring back corvette several times. For parts and work. Niki kept me informed and was very sweet. So far repairs seem to be working well. Staff was very courteous
