Took forever to get our vehicle back, had it 40 days got

Took forever to get our vehicle back, had it 40 days got it back for less than a week and then back in the shop for 2 more weeks. It’s a lemon, only has 2k miles on it and it has been at the dealers for 40% of the time we have owned it and the dealership not Chevrolet will let us know if they are going to buy it back. Looks like we will be using the lemon law

We completely understand how discouraging it can feel when a brand-new purchase spends more time in the shop than on the road. While we perform all repairs and updates as directed by Chevrolet, the final decisions regarding vehicle buybacks or replacement are handled by General Motors through their warranty and customer-care programs.
