professional and patient service
My service was for a recall and was handled well..my car is a 2002 and I find at this time service at a dealership is too expensive. However, the service rep was very patient with me and I do appreciate that.

too many surveys on the same visit!
The work was done in a timely manner, ahead of the promised time. The only problem, that of being charged to have the recall work added to my service history, was resolved to my satisfaction.. This is about the sixth customer satisfaction surbey that I received on the same visit; the is leaving a sour taste in my mouth. One or two surveys (one from the dealership and one from Ford would be logical to expect.

SERVICE EMPLOYEE'S NOT RELIABLE
I live in Santa Fe,NM on a recent trip to Albuquerque my power window on the left passenger window would not roll up , after an inspection the service employee informed be that I had a cut wire on the door jam and that could be fixed but he wanted to charge me an extra two hours of service time, or $225.00 over the 125.00 dollar inspection fee,When he explained that the minor cut would take two hours I told him that was excessive and crazy , since he himself almost told me it was a minor problem. I told him to just charge me the inspection fee and to leave the window rolled up, because they had done that before, he refused and left the window half open. I was not happy with this service, or attitude, I am 65 years old and do not like dealerships taking advantage of me. I would not have by auto or truck fixed her. Their service is poor

The service staff were prompt and attentive. Everything was computerized so I didn't need to fill out paperwork. I was able to relax and have a cup of coffee.

Great service
Joseph used to work at Honda so I asked if he could service my CRV and that was no problem. I also liked that I could get an appt.! The desk staff was great also and the waiting room comfortable.
