It has been a long time since we went car shopping. Our last new car purchase was in 1978. We drove several models at other dealerships before coming to Brown. The salesman, Chris, was prompt and knowledgeable. We drove a Subaru Legacy and an Outback. The Outback handled great and we thought it would best fit our needs. Chris answered all our questions, accompanying us as we drove several different ones with various features. He advised us on financing options. We were able to come to an agreement on price and trade-in. Casey, the finance manager, was also well-versed in completing the necessary paperwork and was charming and personable. Everyone treated us with courtesy and respect. We have been back a couple of times to ask questions and have received prompt, friendly service. Chris followed up with an e-mail about the Eyesight feature on our Outback. We love our new car and expect a great driving experience for years to come. A big thank you to everyone at Brown Automotive. It takes a good team to provide a clean, efficient dealership.
