Bought it for full asking price, got a whopping 15 day warranty, told salesman and sales manager that the backup camera wasn't working and never heard any more about it.

I was have issues with my alignment, my steering was off-center. The geometry wasn’t correct on the front axle. The steering was very uncomfortable. Candace, my service representative and the mechanics. This is figured out the problem. Quoted me a fair price. I’m very happy

I got send of with the information, there is nothing wrong with my car. The warning light came back on just after 20 min driving with speed control. 1 hour later, the Transmission service requested went on again and the check engin light came on and stayed on. It seemed like nobodey took my information serios. Your guess was, my comunication system got some water, but the warning lights came all on before the rain in Flagstaff . You did not charge me anyothing, but more importend was, that I needed the car to be fixed. You drove it 30 mi, and no warning light cme on. Bu did yuyue speed control? We did ask to change the Tubin Shaft Speed Sensor becuse of Code PO 717, wich we got from car diagnostics from 2 different places. We did say, they wrong. I did spend time und money to get the problem fixed from you, but no result. Sorry, to say that, but I am very dissapointed. I was glad in firt at you tock me in,... but what for. And by the way, your office houers at the doorsay signing up startes at 7 am. Nobodey showed up util 7:40 am, and than, wih no excuse.I wish, I cut rate beter....

Excellent Customer Service and Honest Professionals. Thankful for Service Department and Brian Szabo, service advisor, at Ford Babbitt. My Jeep Grand Cherokee needed to replace a faulty ignition coil and spark plug under my extended warranty. Brain informed me the labor in removing the upper manifold was expensive in order to access the spark plug on the driver side. He recommended to have the other five coils and spark plugs to be done at the same time, because this would be a tremendous savings in labor if it was done now. A genuine concern was shown for saving me money in the long run. I can truly recommend Brian and the Ford Service department for servicing other car makes. I only trust Ford Babbitt for my daughter’s car.
