Squeaky door

Problem with squeaky door brand new f150 5k miles from day 1. Had in shop 4 times. 2 of which in body shop. Bill took over and all seems fixed. Everyone in service and body shop very attentive. Facilities look run down but service is very good.Finally fixed. Thanks Bill.

Great Service

When routine service is needed on my wife's ford fusion the people at Babbitt ford are accommodating and courteous. Work is done professionally and on time.

F150 SuperCrew with camper top purchase

Fritz was such a help during our buying process. He not only showed us the trucks as we wanted but called for the camper shell we wanted and had it installed the same day since we were travelling from out of state and needed to be on the road. He kept the ball rolling as paperwork was completed so that our down time in Flagstaff was lessened. A big thank you to Fritz!!

Best auto buying experience

A breath of fresh air after dealing with the newest Ford dealer in the valley near our west valley home. Had a deal in 20 minutes after spending days waiting for return calls from other dealers. Excellent service professionals

I purchased a 2015 Ford Fiesta and as a first time buyer I was welcomed to the Ford Family with open arms. Marty and the other staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely direct all of my friends and family to the outstanding service professionals at Babbitt.

2002 Focus - Engine

I've always been very satisfied with the Babbitt Ford Dealership in Flagstaff, AZ. The staff at Babbitt are very courteous and helpful, making it a pleasure doing business, particularly Jim in Service, Nick is Sales and Wayne Keiper. Even thought I myself had not prior direct association with dealership staff, my daughter has elected to make Flagstaff her home and has used the dealership for service. And, as a current Ford retiree, (AZ Proving Ground-Yucca,) she will most likely purchase a vehicle with my Z Plan. Once she has a job that will pay her enough to afford a new vehicle. By the way, I was impressed with the stock of vehicles on site at the dealership. Thank you for your patience with our vehicle.

dave flagstaff

I went in for my first oil change on my F-150 that I purchased here at Babbitt Ford. I was told you do not need an appointment. When I got there they said they could get to it next week. Most dealerships offer quick oil changes. Won't be back.

On Time Service
