I wasn't happy with having a broken vehicle but Don Chalmers service was amazing. James in service when above and beyond for me. I appreciate him very much for making this into a great service visit. I couldn't be happier!

The service department at Chalmers Ford is immediately and completely available. It doesn't matter what our issue is, James always gets us worked in and accommodates our schedule. Kudos to James again.

I had a window issue while driving back to Rio Rancho late Wednesday. Not having this repaired quickly would have made driving a major hassle. Don Chalmers took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Got repair info by 8 am Thursday and picked it up about 2 pm.

This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Don Chalmers. The previous two were pre-owned, and this purchase was new. Dave Piazza ahs been my salesperson every single time, and will be my salesperson in the future. Jackie in finance was a pleasure to deal with as well, along with Ian in delivery. Excellent service all around. Process took about 3.5 hours, only because I looked at 4 different vehicles.
