I took my Honda in for a routine oil change they said would cost $59. An hour later the service manager came out and said they had drained the oil and it would cost me over $150 to replace it. They should have told me this before they drained the oil!

For several years Seminole Ford has serviced my 2019 F-150. I've always been pleased. Recently the pickup coded so I took it to them. Through a very understandable error an expensive repair was diagnosed so I took it out of state to a friend who has his own shop and is a Ford master mechanic. He discovered a much less severe explanation to the code. When I documented this to Seminole Ford the dealership reimbursed me for the cost of the 2nd diagnostic and my travel expenses. My mechanic friend sent me this, based on many years' experience in automotive dealings: "I'm very impressed that they would reimburse you for your expenses and step up to the plate. I would keep doing business with them. That's what company integrity looks like!"

My husband and I spent several days “truck shopping” at various dealerships and now we know we saved the best for last. Seminole Ford did not disappoint! When we met Phillip Hall (our salesman), it was different than the “other places.” The entire experience of test driving to the purchase was relaxed and low pressure. We are business owners and always try to treat our customers the way we want to be treated, that’s exactly what Seminole Ford did and we will be repeat customers!! The service department at Seminole Ford is top notch in my opinion. They have been excellent for many years in my dealings with them. I trust them. And I will buy my next Ford from them. They are the best new car dealership in the Central Oklahoma Area that I have been to.

My husband and I recently sold our second vehicle to Seminole Ford. Toby Hill was our contact . He was very pleasant and helpful. He asked several questions and gave us a quote on what they would offer us for our car. We accepted their offer. We were very happy with Toby but were slightly disappointed with the manager. After the manager made an offer he changed the offer and wasn’t what we had expected.
