After purchasing this vehicle, lights came on on the way home and we quickly realized there were many problems with the car. We took it back and were told they would need to order a part for the car. I worked really hard to follow up with them and try to get the assistance needed for our new family vehicle to work as we lived an hour and a half away and would need to get help dropping it off. Every time Michael or Billy answered the part hadn't come and soon enough they stopped taking my calls or calling me back when I left voicemails. Knowing we lived far away and didn't have a reliable vehicle I guess they thought we wouldn't matter after some time went by, I was severely disappointed and hoped they would eventually make it up to our family. That day has yet to come.

Bought a truck 2 years ago for 25k went back to trade up and they didn't even try told me my truck was only worth 6k and just basically told me nothing we can do. I guess that's how you treat return customers for the third time.

Place is total garbage!! Let my wife leave with the truck then called 4 days later to say she had to come back with 4k down. Uh well no. But she did just traded in a nissan. But wait title wasn't notorized knowing it has to be in oklahoma and when I went to tag it was 1 month over because they didn't even have a notary yet when I told them I'd be dropping the truck off for them they did all of a sudden. That was right at 6 months ago it had 24,000 miles when we bought it 6 months ago now the trans is going out engine light stays on and they lied about recalls. They will not get another dime of my business. Worst car buying experience I've ever had by a long xxxx. As far as I'm concerned they sell junk and are full of crap even for a used car salesman. LOL

Ask for Billy Adkins! Recently I bought a vehicle from Rath Auto Resources in Fort Smith, AR and Mr. Adkins made the entire process quick and painless. Going in and as a woman at that, I was prepared mentally to encounter a pushy sales staff. Instead, I got a friendly salesman who listened to me and was helpful, as opposed to making me feel rushed or trying to talk me in to something that didn't accommodate my needs. He is extremely well trained, professional, knowledgeable, polite and attentive. He was upfront and honest about everything and explicitly explained all the fees/taxes that applied, so there were no surprises. All in all, he went out of his way to make sure all of my needs were met. So for this, I give my experience with Billy Adkins, Mike Jennings in the Finance Department and Rath Auto Resources in Fort Smith, Arkansas 5 stars!
