After doing rounds of test drives with Toyota, Subaru and Ford, decided to try out Mazda. Contacted Bob Moore through Edmunds.com at night. First thing I see in the morning was email from internet sales guys. They were great in following up by emails and phone. At the dealership worked with Terry. He is just great, very knowledgable and very sensitive and receptive to our needs. The test drive with him, pretty much sealed the decision for us to buy Mazda CX5. Next was pricing. With Terry, it was very professional and respectful.We were satisfied with the negotiations and did not feel pressured or being taken advantage of. I have only given low rating because of what happened next with the finance manger. Initially the fellow was very friendly, just like everyone at the dealership. However, when we refused to buy the extended warranty, things got a bit rough. He became agitated and to some level rude. Kept saying makes no sense to me, implying we were stupid to not take the great deal of extended warranty. Only after telling him very firmly it's our choice and we do not want to buy this warranty, he started paperwork with very curt sign here, sign there. The friendliness was all gone. I hope they learn to respect the customer's wishes. Regardless of this part, overall experience was good. After buying the car, Terry again went over the features of the car, helped us with setting up the navigation, Bluetooth systems and offered to touch up a 2mm nick on the paint (which we'd not seen). Overall this looks like a great place to buy a Mazda. We hope the after sales service is equally good.

Awesome experience from everyone at Bob Moore!!!!
I walked on the lot after doing quite a bit of research online. I had never owned a Mazda or driven one so I had no clue if I was at the right place or if I even liked their cars. Corbin greeted me and was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the beginning. As a single person I never once felt bullied, hassled, taken advantage of, etc. Chaz as well as the finance manager were very helpful and knowledgeable with all of the questions I asked. After my purchase Corbin has done follow up calls as well as gone out of his way to transport my car to have remote start put in. This was the best car buying experience i've ever had!!!! I will definitely refer others to Bob Moore Mazda! Thank you for such a great experience!!!!!!!!!

Nice Mazda 6 - good buying experience
I appreciated the responses I received while asking all my many questions. I try to be a very conscientious buyer and know all the numbers in advance to make a totally educated decision. I appreciated how promptly my emails were returned and the honesty I received in those responses. I had not been at all impressed by the treatment at several competitors and therefore appreciated the Bob Moore Mazda guys even more. It seemed like they actually cared about my business, not just in the emails and calls leading up to the sale but through the whole process. Strangely, their competitors were lacking in this area.

Great First Time Buyer Experience

Great Experience At Bob Moore Mazda
After doing cost and feature comparisons we decided to purchase a Mazda. Bob Moore was our choice because of the reputation of the company and we were't disappointed. The showroom was really busy but we were welcomed and made comfortable and every effort was made to make sure our needs were met. Once we decided on the color (we already knew it would be an CX-5), the process was easy. Once the car came in we were instructed on use and care and away we went. We love the car.

New Car Purchase
My Wife and I had been shopping around for a Mazda 3. We wanted the SGt grey in color but was unavailable in a 3 state radius. We found a Mica Blue at Bob Moore Mazda. I am glad we went with the Blue. Chance was our Sales Man. He was friendly and not pushy. We ultimately purchased that car and feel good with our experience.
