I purchased a car for my daughter. I found the car we wanted online after my daughter did her research. I got a decent price via email and Chance had the car held for us to pick up the next day (no deposit required). The level of trust and the relaxed nature of our interactions was remarkable. The purchase was quick and pain free. There was no push to purchase aftermarket products like "paint sealer" and the like. Excellent purchase experience, would buy there again in a heartbeat! This was probably the easiest car deal I ever made. I had researched the car we wanted to buy including the price and service. We knew pretty much this was the car we wanted. We didn't buy the day we first visited, but returned to drive the car for a longer time and distance. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and all it's features. The sales manager was also very friendly and helpful. We settled on a price without a lot of haggling which I liked very much. I've made other car deals where I felt like I'd been beaten up during the entire process. This was not the case here. This is our second Mazda we've purchased from Bob Moore and I'm sure when we decide to buy next time, we will be back.
