I was dreading buying a new car (current vehicle was a 1997 Mazda Protégé) but I NEEDED to buy a new car. I did a lot of online research, some e-mail and some e-mail with Trena at Bob Moore. Finally, I just decided to go to Bob Moore. After all, I had been gratefully and successfully dealing with Yan Brown, Service Manager, for a very long time. How bad could it be to work with the sales end of it? I was so surprised at how easy it was - should have come in 3 months ago! I spoke with Terry Johnson and told him what I was looking for and what I needed to get a new car. Within 30 minutes I had picked out the car and Lance Ramsey did magic to make it happen! What a great experience!

We have purchased 2 Mazdas from Bob Moore and both times the experience has been great. Sales are easy to deal with, direct and friendly. No high pressure or long ordeal to purchase a car. We will continue to purchase our vehicles from the dealership and use the service department. Highly recommend Bob Moore!

I did a lot of consumer research on what vehicle I wanted and for the price I wanted. When I did an internet inquiry with Bob Moore Mazda I received a response right away from their internet sales manager Trena via email and then phone. I explained what I was looking for and set up an appointment to come see what they had. When I got t the lot I met my salesman Corbin who was very chill. I told him what I wanted and the price I was looking for and after not much negotiating we were there. I'd recommend Bob Moore Mazda to anyone looking for a Mazda!

I initially visited the dealer to have service done on the vehicle but ended up with a brand new car! It was a great experience-Linda was a great salesperson. She was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I got a great deal on a Mazda 3, marked down due to hail damage even though it had been repaired. I definitely loved my experience and would recommend the dealer. I'd also recommend the service department as I've never waited longer than an hour for anything.

I was shopping between Bob Moore Mazda and another dealership in town. Bob Moore was always very direct and to the point without all the typical car salesman tricks. It was a very simple process which was exactly what I was looking for in this transaction. Linda Graham did a wonderful job of making sure they had everything they needed from me before I even walked into the office. Overall I would definately recommend Bob Moore to anyone looking for a new car.

Internet sales department is fabulous! Trena answered all and any questions I had about the CX 5. She set me up with an appointment and had a manager call me so he would know exactly what to show me! As a first time car buyer with a trade in and a test drive, I was in and out of there in two hours! Terry was so patient and went over every single feature of the vehicle, helping us set up our phones into the Bluetooth system. Never any pressure, from anyone.! I highly recommend Bob Moore Mazda!!

By far the best dealership I have ever went to. In the same week, we have bought two cars from them because of their amazing service and their willingness to WORK WITH US. Our salesman, Matt, helped us get the best possible car with the right amount of price that we could agree on. He even gave us additional savings for free window tints and small hail dent repairs. We've looked at Toyota, Honda, Subaru, and Ford but none of them gave the kind support of Mazda. I would definitely deal with them again. HIGHLY recommend.

The team at Bob Moore Mazda is very helpful. We worked with Linda Graham. She made sure we tested every feature before buying. During the test drive she encouraged us to really test it out. After we purchased the car we were toured through the service center and given coupons to help maintain our CX-5. I have already referred friends.
