Great experience!
I purchased my first new vehicle from Bob Moore this week. I previously visited the dealer last month to test drive a CX-5, and I was blown away by the experience. I was shown to the vehicle I wanted to drive immediately, and shown all the important features before driving off the lot. I was taken on an excellent loop for the test drive (much better than another dealer I visited). I was able to drive on city streets, highway, and even do donuts in a parking lot! But what I loved is that I never felt like they were trying to push the car on me. My questions were answered, but I was not pressured at all. The test drive experience was the main reason I chose to purchase from Bob Moore, but I also was impressed by their internet service. After my test drive, I requested an e-quote from their website. Within hours I'd received an actual quote on the exact vehicle I wanted. The other two dealers I requested quotes from emailed me with either a $150 coupon (um, $150 isn't much when you're buying a car!) or simply took my info and called me. The purpose of an e-quote is to provide a quote! And Bob Moore was the only one that actually did what they said. That was the other reason I chose them for my purchase. The actual buying experience was pretty quick and painless. This was my first experience buying a car, and while I did lots of research, some of it wasn't really necessary at Bob Moore. We negotiated a purchase price (which we actually did over the phone before I even came in to the dealership) with ease, they matched my Carmax offer for my trade-in, and financing was a breeze. They were helpful and friendly, but most important to me, they were never pushy!! I highly recommend Bob Moore Mazda.

Excellent Experience
I researched a new car for about 5 months prior to purchasing. I went to this dealership several times. Each time I met a sales person who was eager to answer my questions, even after I told them I was not buying today, but several months down the line. So, when it came time to buy, I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted. Corbin Morris handled our actual purchase. He spent several hours with us test driving, moving seats, and pushing buttons. He wasn't a high pressure sales person. He left us to talk amongst ourselves when necessary. But he was always close enough to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend him to all of our friends. The financing department was very quick and efficient. We closed down the shop finishing our paperwork. The employees were as nice at the end as they were when we first walked into the dealership. We had to return a few days later for the tinting and ResistAll application. The people were just as nice as when we were purchasing the car. I look forward to working with this dealership throughout my ownership of this car.

Mazda CX-5 Purchase
This was the easiest transaction I have ever experienced. Bob Moore Mazda had the car I wanted, and was taken care of from start to finish. I was in the market for a specific car that I was having...
I was in the market for a specific car that I was having trouble locating here in the D.C. area, a Mazda MX-5 GT w/ RHT, M/T, heated leather seats and Bose sound system. There was nothing that matched all of my wants or had a reasonable pricetag anywhere nearby, so I was hunting online to find a good deal. I found such a deal at Bob Moore Mazda, and contacted them via internet. The price was good enough to make me willing to fly out and drive 1,339 miles back home to get my dream car. Linda Graham was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her exemplary customer service and genuine interest in helping me find the vehicle I wanted made her stand out from the crowd of other dealership representatives I spoke with during the course of my search for my vehicle. I ended up finding the perfect car at the last minute much closer to home, but I almost wish I hadn't so I could have flown out to meet Linda in person. It's been exceedingly rare that I've found a salesperson who was more interested in their customer's happiness than with just making a sale. I would happily recommend Bob Moore Mazda to anyone looking for the right people to sell them the right car. They are lucky to have Linda on their team, and if she's any indication of their hiring policies, I expect the rest of their sales department to be on the same level.

Great experience ! Corbin extremely helpful in getting me in a new Mazda3. Very friendly and not pushy. After negotiating a fair price he introduced me to Yan, and set up my first service appointment, Dale helped me with warranties, and like Corbin was not high-pressure or pushy.
