Lam Nguyen at Bob Moore

Lam did an excellent job helping us purchase a 2016 Mazda 6. His customer service skills exceeded our expectations after enduring poor customer service at other dealerships. The buying process was much faster and more streamlined than any other time we've purchased a vehicle at other dealerships. Also, the entire staff was so nice to our young children who came with us. They accommodated our kids with cartoons and snacks, making our overall experience the best we've had while buying a vehicle.

New Car owner

I went into Bob Moore to look at Mazda's. I was greeted by Safak Durmus. He was a very nice sales man. He listened to what I was looking for and was very patient in showing them to me. He walked me thru everything that I would need to do. If you want to buy a Mazda I recommend you ask for Safak.

First time New car Buyer

Safak Durmus was the most kind and understanding sales man I have ever dealt with. He took the time to let me look at different models and not once did I feel like he was rushing me or pushing me in any way. He made this whole experience a very pleasant one. If you want to buy a car and need some one to listen to what you want and then show it to you Safak is your man.

Pleasure to Work With

Just purchased my first brand new Mazda through Bob Moore (have owned two other used Mazda's in the past). Working with everyone there, especially Bobby Villegas my sales representative, was a pleasant experience and they were easy to work with. As well, I can attest to the quality of work in the service center with both the inspection of this new purchase and work performed on previous vehicle. Yan Brown, the service manager, goes the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of properly.

We got what we wanted

I recommend this dealer. Service was great. Sales person did good job. He even took his time to show us most of this new cars function and setting up some of the featur on the car after deal was completed. He was really kind to us.

My New Mazda3

I just purchased my first-ever Mazda and, so far, I'm loving the Mazda3. My salesperson was Bobby Villegas, who I found to be very well informed, friendly, and engaging. I left the dealership feeling like I got a great car at a fair price. The experience was low-pressure and actually enjoyable.

All told, a good buying exerience

We really enjoyed working with Terry Johnson as he went to great lengths to make sure we got the car we wanted and at a good price. The only negative was a little bit of pressure to buy a maintenance package with the sale, which we declined. It was still a 5-star experience and I would recommend Bob Howard to others looking for a good deal on a Mazda.
