While I was not particularly excited to have to purchase...

While I was not particularly excited to have to purchase a new car, Conrad made the experience as pleasurable as possible. He was very kind, informative, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. I never felt forced or manipulated into making a decision. I'm sure my '11 Cruze will last me through the next few years, but when the time comes to consider new purchases, I would definitely return to Conrad.

I took my 2010 Chevrolet Malibu to Everett Chevrolet for...

I took my 2010 Chevrolet Malibu to Everett Chevrolet for service because I couldn't hear my hands free calling. I was told that my door speakers were bad. I have a bumper to bumper warranty but I was told it didn't cover speakers or the labor to install them. When I bought the car from Everett I was told the bumper to bumper warranty covered everything but things that were expected to wear out like tires and wiper blades, etc. They said I would have to pay $190 for the two speakers and labor to install them. I then took my car to another Chevrolet Dealership in Newton NC and they showed me in my warranty book that my speakers were covered. They had the speakers ordered and installed them the very next day, I didn't have to pay a penny. This makes me wonder if Everett was gonna charge me for the service and then charge it to my warranty also. My family and I have bought many cars from Everett Chevrolet over the years, but we don't ever plan to buy from them ever again. I would rather pay more for a car then give them another sale.

Normally I do not enjoy the new car buying process,...

Normally I do not enjoy the new car buying process, actually I have avoided it! We were going to just do a drive through of this dealership, just to see what they had! We were just going to LOOK! Jamie Garcia came out to greet us and immediately we connected with him! He was not pushy or overbearing at all! He made our experience as smooth as possible and what was just a drive through ended up us taking home a new car!!!!! I give him all the credit as he was patient and kind to us!!! I have already and will continue to recommend Jamie and this dealership to others!!!

Relocating from New York for a new job, I was in...

Relocating from New York for a new job, I was in desperate need of a car. I'm a Louisiana native and wanted to keep my residency there - but didn't have time to fly back home to get the car that I had wanted. I had been searching for a Mercedes GLK 350 and a dealer in Louisiana had the exact model and trimmings that I wanted. With no time to go home to buy that particular car, I searched in the Charlotte area and found out that Everett also had the exact same car model, and color that I had found in Louisiana with lower mileage and a cheaper price. I was extremely lucky to land Neil as well as Cathy for sales and all the legals. Unable to see the car because I was still in New York, Neil and Cathy both assisted me in getting set up with the car over the phone. It was painless and probably the easiest purchase I've ever made in my life, especially for such a large ticket item. They even helped with tricky paper work dealing with residency. When it came time to pick up the car they even offered to send a car for me. I can not be more happy with the car. Nothing drives like a Mercedes and nothing will every beat the service that the good folks like Neil and Cathy offered us. Really apperciate all the time and effort in making this such an easy process. It was a pleasure and we will diffidently be back. Alfred + Lee

This dealership was FAR from me, but Ben Munday was the...

This dealership was FAR from me, but Ben Munday was the reason why I chose to buy here. Also, everyone I met at HUCS was professional and courteous. Ben was thorough and professional, as well as personable. He found what I asked for in a very short time. He was not pushy, yet he made every effort to accommodate my requests and answered all questions honestly (I think. ;). The vehicle he acquired for me was ready and sparkling clean when I arrived. All paperwork and approvals we in order when I came to sign. There were no hidden "surprises." I appreciate that. While the appearance of the facility itself was not necessarily tip-top, everyone I met the 2 short visits I made were definitely courteous and professional.

I received a very good price on 2013 Ford Focus ST with 4000 miles on it; Chris was very respectful and made himself totally available to me and this made the difference between feeling like just another customer and someone that was really valued. I would recommend Chris to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle of any make or model. He is a fine young man that makes a difference for those he assists with their car purchasing needs.

Conrad did an outstanding job facilitating the purchase of my '12 Buick Enclave.... after shopping locally here in the Raleigh area, I called out to Hickory about what they may have to offer.... Conrad made a great deal and made it easy. They delivered the car here to me..... I had not visited the dealership, but they had such confidence in their cars that they were willing to deliver all the way to Raleigh. Honest and fair, I would highly recommend to anyone. three years ago I pulled into Everett Chevy to talk with...

three years ago I pulled into Everett Chevy to talk with a salesman that was referred to me by a friend. I set down at his desk and to my surprise more than a transaction took place. I had dealt with Salesman before ( and had been one myself at one point). To my surprise it wasn't about making a sale it was about making a customer happy and earning a customers business and respect. Two car purchases later, I stopped in to say hello to my friends and came across a car that did more than catch my eye. I inquired about it, got prices and played with numbers. Over the course of FOUR months (not a type) I went back and forth with Neil. Throwing different options, ideas, and questions at him. I test drove the car 3 different times, brought family and friends by to look at it. and bugged Neil a few more times. We would get close and it just wouldn't line up. Neil never got agitated, or frustrated with my indecision. In fact even encouraged me to make sure it was what I wanted to do and that it wouldn't put me in a bind. I currently had a 2010 Camaro V6 Bumblebee Camaro that was almost paid off. But, after four months of price quotes, sales quotes and everything the entire team at Everetts worked with me to find financing and get my payments exactly where I wanted them. everything lined up perfectly and it was the smoothest purchase I have ever done. Neil and the team at Everett's are amazing. As being a 3rd time buyer from them, I can honestly say they are more than JUST a dealership selling cars, they all act as if they are family. We can joke and cut up and have a good time! I cant rave enough about all their help during this process. So thank you to the entire team at Everett's (especially Neil) for getting me in the car of my dreams. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Metallic Blue Chevy Camaro Hot Wheels Edition SS2. If you are in the market for a vehicle you have to check out Everett's and ask for Neil Parson! It is good to know that there are good honest, non pushy salesman out there that respect their customers. I give this review to thank Neil and share how happy I am with my purchase of my new SS Camaro
