I've purchased a lot of cars over the course of my life and the negotiating process is most always draining and time consuming. Fortunately, my most recent purchase at PARAMOUNT FORD and HYUNDAI of VALDESE, NC was just the Opposite. My salesman, Justin Cantor was very helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of both before and after the sale. I wanted to leave a review here to let everyone know that he is not only a Great salesman, but also a Good, Kind person. I contacted paramount about the explorer and they tried to sell me a vehicle that cost twice as much as what I wanted..I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone..then they found something else to offer me a deal on and left me hanging wondering about if that deal went through. They have not completely followed up on anything accept to tell me they can't get me in the cheaper vehicle that I wanted to begin with. This was a huge disappointment for me.

After an altercation with a deer at midnight, my car was totaled, so my search began for a replacement. I messaged (after hours) 3 dealerships with whom I had had success in the past. First thing the next morning, I had a message from Justin Cantor at Paramount Hyundai/Ford in Valdese, NC, long before anyone else contacted me. I told him what I needed and wanted, and almost immediately, he sent information on 5 vehicles. I grabbed my husband, and we went to look. At this point, I was JUST planning to look! We met Justin and found him to be professional, informative, gentle, and respectful. I had picked out my top three choices, sat in and drive the first one, stepped out of the car, and never even looked at the others! Justin then introduced us to his team, all of whom were easy to follow and made me feel confident in my purchase. I left very pleased with my entire experience, and I have been recommending them ever since.

This dealership is located in my hometown of Valdese. It makes me proud to have such a known and respected business close by. As I have driven by over the years, I am amazed at its growth and it continues today! Brent Buff was my salesman. From the first inquiry, he put me at ease with his pleasant personality and calm demeanor. Not once did I feel pressured or made to feel my questions were not important. He made sure before I left the dealership in my new vehicle that I was happy and knew I could contact him with any concerns in the future. I would highly recommend Brent. He treated me as if he had known me for years! My other encounter was with Russell Childers, though brief, it was very beneficial! He really helped me seal the deal, making sure I got the best price for my trade-in and authorizing the delivery of my new vehicle from another dealership. I left Paramount Ford feeling like I had made the right decisions because they helped me in such a kind manner.

From Russel to Brent to CJ the finance manager my process was effort less and seamless no hassle no running back n forth & more than Fair with me on my trade! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!
