I had a great experience last month when purchasing a new Maverick from Brent and the team at Paramount Ford in Valdese. They had transparent pricing, gave me a nice offer for my trade-in vehicle, and didn't try to play any games in the finance office. A nice plus was having all documentation provided in electronic format on a USB drive, and I even got to have a quick lunch at the dealership before heading home! I would certainly consider purchasing another vehicle from Paramount Ford in the future, even though it is a bit of a drive from my house. They also offered to arrange free home delivery, if I had decided not to trade-in my existing vehicle.

Purchased a used vehicle online. Jordan M was very helpful with everything. It was delivered on Saturday 150 mi to my house. No surprises, the vehicle was as described and shown in the sales pictures. I would buy another one from them again

I wasn’t informed of several big scratches on vehicle
I wasn’t informed of several big scratches on vehicle before arriving, didn’t find out until I drove 6 hrs to sign paperwork, manager also informed me that he could get me the best bank rate 🙄. It was at least 2 points higher than I was expecting. Finance guy had a attitude after I told him I declined any extra warranty, needless to say I wouldn’t buy anything from them again, although our salesperson Brandi was nice to deal with.

At dealership walking around for about 20 minutes looking at cars before a salesman, Tanner, came out. That was refreshing, unlike dealerships where a salesman comes swooping down as soon as you arrive. Absolutely no pressure, and looked at several Hyundais and Fords before deciding on the Hyundai Tucson. Negotiated on price with Tanner and Brandon, the sales manager, and settled on the price we were willing to pay. Been buying vehicles for over 50 years, and this was one of the very best experiences we ever had.

Jordan was the finance manager for the purchase is our van recently. I normally dislike the finance part of a car purchase. The individuals handling that are pushy and not really interested in helping the customer. Jordan was the opposite. Very helpful, describing all of our options and the pros and cons of each. He was thoroughly professional and friendly. He knows his job very well. Jordan is another reason that I would go back to buy from Paramount Ford.
