new Elantra

I went in to get my 2013 Sonata serviced on a re-call.....ended up trading out 2004 Sonata in on a new 2017 Elantra....good , quick service and a good buying experience...no high pressure...just good, down to earth sales bargaining and a great deal on the car. Thanks Paramount Hyundai!!

Mark Engle is the guy you want to see!!!

We were looking to trade in on a slightly used expedition el that they had on the lot for a few months. Mark Engle got us down to a great sales price on the expedition and went above and beyond on our trade in price with no hassle. Best dealership experience I can attest to out of 6! Drive Past at Least 4 Other Ford Dealers to go to Paramount

I found Michael at Paramount Ford a few years ago when I was looking for a new Ford Explorer Sport. I had used TRUECAR to search for the car I wanted and get quotes from surrounding dealers. I had used different locations for my search so I could get more quotes from the surrounding area. After talking to all of the dealers, Micheal got me the best deal for my trade in and for my new Ford. He was extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. I found the car I wanted on line and he secured it for me and worked up all of the paper work so all I had to do was come in and sign and go with my new SUV, It was such a pleasant, easy experience that I reached out to Michael again when I was looking for my new Ford Escape. I had done the same thing again with TRUECAR but also contacted Michael directly since I already knew he was the best last time. This time a dealer in Charlotte went and secured the car that I had inquired about to try to make sure that I would have to buy it from them. They wouldn't even give me a quote over the phone, they just said they had my car and that I needed to come down and test drive it and talk to them directly. I was so mad. I had to choose another car and see what deal everyone could get me. Again, Michael was the best! He is so responsive, professional, and honest. He earns every bit of his 5 star rating from everyone. Then a month ago we were getting my husband a new F150 truck. Micheal again gave us the best deal. He makes car buying so much more pleasant! We will always talk to Michael for any car buying we do. We live in Huntersville and pass at least 4 other dealers to get to Paramount. It is WELL worth it!

Great Experience

Just went to "Look"

Not only did Darrin Moose come right out when we pulled in the parking lot, but he listened to what we said, he made suggestions that we turned out loving and he worked overtime to make the sale. He was very informative and very helpful in making the decision to buy a car!

Amazing

Couldn't ask for any better service from the paramount ford Hyundai in valdese NC and my sales person was Darrin moose and he did a great job at helping me get into this beautiful truck that I have now.

Good experience

I worked a deal with Mark Engle, he was professional and fast, didn't try to keep me at the dealership all night, he knew what I wanted and he got it for me. I wish more salesman would adopt his sales strategy. Very friendly also.
