I had a good experience at Paramount Ford Hyundai Valdese. The Staff was very polite, courteous and not pushy! The Salesperson was very helpful and patient in answering all my many questions since I hadn't purchased a new car for many years. I am very pleased with my 2016 Hyundai Elantra! Thank you for the experience.

I was under a time crunch to get a vehicle for a new job. Michael made note of exactly what I was looking for and found my truck at an out of state dealer in less than a day. He had the truck driven down, options installed, detailed, fueled up and ready for me to pick up two days later. He was an excellent communicator and did everything he said he would do in a timely manner! If you're looking for a Ford give Michael a chance, you'll be happy you did!

We recently purchased a pre-owned Ford Expedition EL from Paramount. From the initial inquiry to post sale Darrin Moose was professional, easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our purchase smooth. We do not live in the Valdese area and had the vehicle delivered to our home close to 200 miles away. Darrin delivered the vehicle himself and drove our trade in back to Valdese. We could not have asked for a better salesperson to work with. Although we have many car dealers in our area our next vehicle purchase may be from Paramount again!

My husband and I both bought new 2017 cars from Mark he was so friendly, honest & he went above and beyond to help us both get into new cars that we Love! I spoke to him 3 weeks ago about a visit with him. He didn't not call me every day and bug me like other places have in the past. He called the day before to confirm our appointment and that was it. He is a great sales person. He definitely loves kids. He helped keep our one year old child entertained while we were there.

Mike Mcconell went above and beyond to locate, deliver, and square the deal on 2017 Ford Escape. He searched and found the right color, package, and deal on what my wife wanted.
