This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. All dealings were done over the phone and the sales person(Russell Childers) drove over 2 hrs to deliver the vehicle. There were no surprises when we closed the purchase. Mr. Childers was very honest and informative. I will and have recommended Paramount Ford to my family and friends.

Found the specific truck I was looking for on-line at...
Found the specific truck I was looking for on-line at Paramount Ford 80 miles away, used the chat option on their website to ask if the truck was still available and had a quick response from a friendly girl named Brook, actually explained what I could offer for the truck if I liked it and she had sales rep Scott McKinny contact me almost instantly. We discussed my offer and quickly came to an agreement on price pending in person inspection. To be honest we didn't expect the truck to be quite this nice at such a fair price but it was, Scott was friendly and professional and (without giving all the details here) went out of his way to make sure we were pleased when we drove off the lot. It was definitely worth the drive for us to visit Scott at Paramount Ford, the whole buying experience was excellent and took only about 1.5 hours start to finish.

Our experience with Paramount Ford/Hyundai in Valdese was one of the best ever with any car dealership, and we credit this positive experience to with dealing with Michael Connell and Allen Pruett. Michael knew exactly what we were looking for, what our price range was and why and worked deligently to find just the right vehicle for our needs. He went above and beyond to get this vehicle on the Valdese lot to make it easier for us. He also went out of his way to get information that we did not have in hand at the purchase so that we didn't have to make another trip to Valdese. In working with Allen he was very personable, friendly and accomodating and did not pressure us at all. He, too, went above and beyond to assist us with the purchase of our vehicle. I have already referred two friends to Michael, one of whom has already talked with him and she was very impressed with his knowledge of availability.

Very good experience with this dealership, was very surprised that they could get the payments close to what we wanted with the added service contract. Also they beat the APR that my Credit Union offered by more than 1%. Very friendly and helpful employees, would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely keep them in mind on my next vehicle purchase.

Scott Mckinney was fantastic to work with. He was patient while I made my decisions and worked to get me an excellent price! The gentleman who did my financing was also great!
