Such an amazing person, Matthew Phillips, was friendly and quick with his service and not once did he ever ever give up on helping my husband and I and getting the perfect car! We walked in with very little hope and walked out feeling more confident than ever, with new knowledge on ways to improve our credit score and a amazing vehicle! Not once was he pushy or overwhelming! He is truly there for us the people instead of just himself and how many cars can he sell! My mother and I went to Paramount Ford Hyundai in Valdese originally based upon mother's previous good experiences with the dealership some years ago. She called before we went and spoke to Allen Marple, telling him what her needs were and the kind of budget range she wanted. By the time we arrived at the dealership, Allen had already pre-selected many options for her to review on the computer. He patiently listened to her concerns and answered all her questions (even some that were asked more than once). We ended up test driving two different vehicles, and when it was decision time, he made a comparison chart for her, so she could visualize her choices. As a senior citizen, my mother appreciated Allen's professionalism and respectful attitude. We would gladly recommend Allen Marple and the dealership to other customers.

My salesman was Matt Phillips. He went way beyond to help me get into a vehicle!!! With not having such great credit scores, he worked and worked. After several days....he worked it out. I am driving a much newer vehicle with lower miles than I expected!! I cannot thank him enough.....and I will recommend him to anyone!!!! Scott McKinney was great to work with, he and Matt Phillips made our car buying a very plesant experience. Mr. Mckinney worked with my husband and me throughout the entire experience even down to working with us on a deadline of delivery for the car. I would recommend both Scott McKinney and Matt Phillips to anyone who is looking at purchasing a vehicle. The financing aspect and completing of paperwork was smooth and very quick. My overall rating for them as sales people and for the dealership is an "Excellent" and they come in as the most friendly and easiest sales people/dealership I have ever worked with.
