    I have bought two cars from the gentlemen at this dealership and I am treated as family and with great respect every time I go in. The dealership is a...lways clean and well maintained. The service guys always get me in and out as fast as possible and with my schedule sometimes that is a challenge. They have even worked with me when I had odd requests. The parts department has always been straight with me and given me options if they didn't have something available. My 2014 was the first mazda I ever owned and didn't have any issues with it. Now I have a 2016 and expect the same service from it. Love the car and the guys at the dealership.

    Poor service and caused a headache

    I purchased my car at Mazda of Knoxville/Twin City of Knoxville. I decided to get the package for oil changes included in my car payment. I have taken... my car to the dealer for service 3 times. Two out of 3 times I have had my car towed due to they did not correctly change my oil and I had minimal oil in my car. The first time I was advised that the oil leak was due to they could not properly empty the oil the second time was due to they did not know how to place the plug in my car correctly and broke a gasket connected to the plug. I was not offered a loaner car or any compensation for spending an our an half of my time to get my oil change incorrectly and the next day with my car being out of service for them to fix it. I was advised that they could not warrant my car or help me out because they could not predict the future. I take pride and work hard for my vehicle in which they have caused more damage to my car.

    Great service!!

    Had excellent service, the new service manager David Ott is absolutely excellent and answered all my questions and concerns and made it very simple fo...r me to understand. He really shows that he cares about his customers. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone who wants reliable service and honest workers.
