Brandon ward the new General sales manager 3/28/19

I just want to start out apologizing to any customer that has had a bad experience in the past at Florence and White Ford. I am here to change the swagger and the mentality of the dealership. If for any reason you felt like you was done wrong in the past I ask that you give myself and Florence and White Ford of Smithville a chance. I will make sure that your taking the best care of and may God bless you and your family in the years to come. Tomorrow is my second day on the job and I'm ready for as many apologies as I need to give. Come give us that second chance!!!

Came in for service, left with a new Explorer!

I came in to get an oil change on my Fusion, and left with an Explorer! I've dealt with this dealer for years, and they always treat me with respect and show that they actually appreciate my business. They are professional and friendly.

Very satisfied with purchase process

My wife and I went in looking around and ended up buying a new leftover for a very nice price. All staff were very nice and professional, if there service department is just as good we?ll be all set but hopefully we won?t need to find out.

THE MOST RUDE OWNERS YOU WILL EVER MEET

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. THE OWNER FLORENCE IS ONE OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. IF YOU ARE NOT THE "RIGHT" PERSON THEY WILL NOT TALK TO YOU ON THE PHONE IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS. I BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM THEM AND THEY DIDNT WANT TO HONOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. I STILL HAD THE PAPER IN THE GLOVE BOX THAT CLEARLY STATED THAT MY WINDOW MOTOR WAS COVERED BUT THEY TRIED TO SAY THAT THEY NO LONGER COVER THE WINDOW MOTORS. THEY MAY HAVE CHANGED THEIR WARRANTIES BUT MINE WAS IN WRITING AND IT WAS BEFORE THE CHANGE. SO MINE SHOULD HAVE BEEN HONORED WITH OUT A PROBLEM. BUT THAT WAS'NT THE CASE. MY FAMILY MEMBER HAD TO RAISE TOTAL xxxx BEFORE IT WAS FIXED. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY! ALL I CAN SAY IS GOOD LUCK IF YOU BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Am a returning customer

Last year I purchased three vehicles from Florence and White Ford in Smithville, TN. so I knew what to expect when I returned this week looking for a used truck. I probably bought at least four or five vehicles from this dealership and have never had a complaint. Everything went smooth in finance. The sales people are all very friendly and helpful and the lady that helped me into this truck, Sherry was so helpful and I do appreciate all she did for this transaction. And they have a dept that details vehicles and he does a super job. He's detailed a few of my vehicles. And the service dept is great too. Stop by and see what they have to offer. You will feel so welcome and will be impressed how everyone works together to complete the sale.

Very Dissappointed in my hometown Ford Dealership!

My Husband had his F150 truck serviced, he was treated very bad. Then I had my Edge serviced there, it was ok but took a long time, the waiting areas were cold! Also I just turned in my Edge as the lease was up. Now the necessary paperwork has not been done by the dealership so I have to do it. Also they were not concerned about selling a vehicle to us since our lease was up! My husband and I will not visit this dealership again! He is buying in Murfreesboro today!

Has been an awesome experience

We've had an awesome experience thus far they worked with us and our credit issue and got us a better newer car than we had been looking at for a great price even though they had to stay super late. When issues came up they immediately took it to service an fixed it. We just got our first free oil change and still no complaints. So glad we came to Florence and White Ford!!

Knowledgeable & Trustworthy

I went in to get a lower payment. No one in my area was able to get me out of my current car and into a new one like I wanted. I was able to get a brand new car with a cheaper car payment. The salesperson Adria White was very knowledgeable and friendly. Trustworthy people!
