My problem isn't with this particular center, but an overall issue with what I was needing done. I was told they could not "legally" patch my tire, since the puncture was on the first row of tread. They did give me some names of businesses that would patch it, and I got it fixed at one of these with no issues. But, it's a shame that a dealership won't fix a simple issue, and that requires you to either fins somewhere else to go, or to buy a new tire.
