Asked for light on drivers side to be secured because
Asked for light on drivers side to be secured because keeps falling out and it continues to fall out. Windshield wiper fluid not replaced came back empty. Austin was great! Ran my garage remote out to me in the rain when I forgot it in loaner car!

I was disappointed that nobody called me about the
I was disappointed that nobody called me about the services that I requested. When I called, Cindy had already left for the day. The next day, I had to call her and she was out to lunch. Then I had to call her again and we talked about what was going on. I did not get any type of estimate of timing until I called. I brought in my CRV about six months ago and was told I needed $6000 of work that I didn't need. (I was told I needed a new head gasket. A separate technician from a separate company concluded that I did not. I've been driving that CRV for thousands of miles and at least 50 hours with no problems since). I brought this up with person with who I worked just to give him a heads up. He didn't really seem to care. It really makes me think that I can't trust the technicians. This happened in a similar fashion three weeks ago when I brought the Odyssey in for repair of the door. They said it was fixed, but it was not and I was charged. Cindy took that charge off only when I asked her to do so. That was kind of her, but I would have expected somebody to already notice that the job had not been done correctly.

I liked that you had cars for me to try. One dealership we went to had only one car to test drive. Also I really appreciated Nathan’s low key approach anl patience with my concerns.
