Basney Honda

I had an appointment on February 25th. I dropped my car off prior to the scheduled time, which was 8:30am and told therm I needed by 2:30. When I called to check on its status at 1;40, I was told by Austin that no one had even looked at my car. When I go there around 2:15, Austin informed me that because I needed to get it at 2:30, they weren’t able to look at it. Almost implying it was my fault it wasn’t looked at. Additionally, I sent an email to the Basney contact us to report my frustration and mobile reached out to me. Overall, pretty unhappy with the customer service provided.

I have always been treated courteously at Basney Honda. The service and repair of my vehicle has always been great.

Dealership was very attentive to what I was looking for without being pushy. They offered a fair price for my trade in and got me a competitive financing rate. Chip and Matt were great to work with.

Austin rocks to say the list, he is very professional and personable and has a great sense of humor , I have worked with him for years and he has remained consistent , he is kind of guy you wish to know outside of work cause he seems intelligent and kind hearted . Basney has a good one , although I tried to have him come work for me and will still keep trying , l!!! Lol

Bob Briney was a great sales person to deal with, no non sense and no high pressure. Very knowledgeable about the Honda lineup. Ron Lemanski was great with completing the paperwork, no high pressure for add ons. This is our third vehicle that we have purchased from Basney and they are a great bunch to work with. They treat you like they would want to be treated. Keep up the great work because it makes you stand out from everyone else.

Basney Honda is where I have bought my last 2 cars. Always happy with the sales and the service department is great. They do a great job and they keep you informed of prices and any pop-ups that may occur.
