In my sales agreement Jackie Cooper Imports was supposed to provide a second key, I’ve been following up for over 6 weeks and not even an ETA on the timing, with no results. The response every time has been that they are checking with the Manager, but then nobody responds until I send the same request. They where very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very straightforward with honesty. They also had a lot of snacks and drinks while I waited and a children section where my 2 year old could play.
