The dealership was extremely helpful.

The dealership was extremely helpful. The salesman was from their Nissan and he went out of his way to help my wife find exactly what she wanted. If it weren’t for CJ, we would not have gone to Jackie Cooper Imports. The entire process was easy and stress free, thanks to CJ Blansett. I highly recommend him and the dealership. Thank you!

Dave Krueger was fantastic to work with on My car

Dave Krueger was fantastic to work with on My car purchase he had All the answers to all of my hundreds of questions never ever showed any disrespect at all he sells manly new cars and treated me like I was buying a new car well it a new car for my wife and me it's the first time I've went to a dealership and walked away very satisfied I would definitely buy another car from Dave he is also very punctual and doesn't leave you hanging he keeps you informed on what's going on with your purchase that means a lot thanks again Dave you made it easy

My honest review of Jackie cooper Porsche!

My honest review of Jackie cooper Porsche! I’ve been waiting along time to buy my first Porsche and waited for what I thought would be the perfect one. The main thing was it had to be an CPO car. This car was never inspected and if it was absolutely nothing was fixed. After I inspected the car I noticed some things inside were not working the window tint was all scratched up. They did deduct from the price but this should’ve been caught by the inspection. I get the car home and 2 days later its in the shop check engine light is on with other codes. Porsche okc makes an appointment to have me leave my car the following Friday. They end up keeping my car for 4 days. Once I return home I let the car sit for an hour and tried to start it and it was dead with check engine light on again. Returned it back they keep for another 4 days and okc does a full inspection and advise the battery is bad and the rear brakes is yellow at 4.5. I spoke with my salesman from Jackie he was very apologetic and advised yea we knew the battery was bad but had been marked as change. He then advised we will make things right on the brakes. He later called back and said nope management advised the brakes are good. So your tell me I bought a car haven’t been able to drive it the 3 weeks I had it it’s been in the shop total of 3 times and according to Porsche CPO standards the brakes need to at least be 5.0 and Jackie cooper tells me oh well deal with it.. Again I bout this car because it is CPO with 22k miles but it never was inspected not were any of the known issues addressed. I got my car back yesterday and am very doubtful it will be drivable later this week. Nope hadn’t heard a word from Jackie cooper Porsche and they sure had no intention on making things right. Gone are the days of honest people and businesses that stand on integrity.

Mr. Brown, it truly saddens us to hear of your disappointment in your recent CPO purchase! Please accept our apologies for the frustration you are feeling. I pulled your CPO inspection paperwork and verified that it did get inspected and passed the Porsche Cars of North American Certified Pre-owned standards that they set forth and require in order to be sold with that designation. I will address the specific issues you mention: the battery did flag with an issue during inspection and we replaced it with a new one. In speaking with the dealership you live close to and have been using to assist with your issues, we both agree that it sounds like the new battery we installed may have had a bad cell. While inconvenient, it can happen and we apologize that you had to experience that. The brake pad minimum spec for Porsche CPO is 5.0. The brake pads on this vehicle tested at 5.3 and 5.2, which falls into the approved CPO standards and had over 50% of life left on them. We would more than happy to go over the certified inspection documents with you so that you feel confident in the vehicle you purchased. We have them standing at the ready and our Pre-owned Sales Manager will be calling you soon to set up a time to do so. We are a Premier Porsche Dealer and have proudly served our community for almost 35 years. We couldn't do that without integrity and honesty. We look forward to making your experience exceptional again!

We were coming from out of town to purchase the vehicle

We were coming from out of town to purchase the vehicle and Tyrone provided a video with a walk through, as well as other details as it pertained to the car. When we arrived, the car was even better than expected and the paperwork was seamless. We have had the car for two weeks and have taken a trip in it and are pleased with everything. Definitely felt the experience was five stars and should the opportunity present itself in the future, we would gladly do business with them again.
