A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE

iT IS NOT AS GOOD AS IT USED TO BE WHEN IT WAS CARNIVAL KIA, BUT IT IS STILL VERY GOOD. AND I WANT TO COMMEND ONE OF YOUR SALES STAFF; SHON GILBERT, I WAS IN TROUBLE AFTER I HAD MAINTENANCE SERVICE AND SHON CAME TO HELP ME WHEN NO ONE ELSE DID. A VERY FINE MAN! WE WILL ASK FOR HIM IF WE BUY ANOTHER NEW KIA.

Fun environment and good staff

Came in looking for a new car, Adrian provided great customer service. Made me feel like I was his only client, even though the dealership was busy.

"Git 'er dun" Negotiations

A pleasant, yet fulfilling, new car purchase. Son-in-law test drove an Optima with a sales person, and Shon provided options and solutions that made the deal possible.

Some concerns

The folks are very nice to deal with. However, I do have some concerns. I brought the car in for a problem that I have now had four times over a two year period. The last visit for this problem was in May. I also brought it in for a replacement headlamp. The service man came back to ask me which headlamp. I told him, but thought they could have just turned it on to find out. When the car was "ready", I paid for it, but when I turned it on, the check engine light was still on. A service man came out, and found that whoever had worked on it had "hooked up both vaccuum tubes lines, but had not reconnected the electrical line." Did not give me feeling of confidence overall. I do not feel assured that they have really fixed the problem. I guess it's a waiting game now.

Warranty work

They were able to find the problem and order and install the part. I was given a rental car free of charge. I was treated fairly.

PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE

IT IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH THE PEOPLE AT UNIVERSAL KIA. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND OUT GOING, AND EGAR TO PLEASE. MY VEHICLES ARE ALWAYS DONE IN A TMELY MANOR.

Quick and easy

My family just purchased or second vehicle from KIA!! I got mine last September and my husband just got his. Everyone there, the sales people, finance and the service department is friendly and helpful. They will work for you to get you what you want! Our experience with KIA has definitely been a 10 every time! I also LOVE the warranty's they come with!!!

Soulicious Experience

Pleased!! Had a fantastic experience and was very impressed with Chad my sales person. He was knowledgeable and extremely kind. He made me feel extremely comfortable. I wasn't sure if I was ready to buy and he made it a very pain free experience. He also followed up with me the next day to make sure I was pleased with everything still. Also to mention what a cutie pie... I love my Soul and would suggest this vehicle who is looking for great quality. Edie

New car

Incredible service,would definitely recommend to friends!Rick was very helpful!!Wasn't like pulling teeth,process was smooth and easy,we searched other dealership's,this one is by far the best one I have found.
