They were low pressure and very easy to work with. I ask for a particular deal and there was no hassling back forth.

I drove over 2 hours to buy a truck they had that I was looking for. When I got there I was hit with $2000.00 in hidden add on fees that I didn’t know about. After negotiating through the hidden fees I was showed the carfax report which said the truck was in a very minor rear wnd accident. 5 days after I get the truck home I noticed what seemed to be a crash in the back passenger side door. Upon a very close look at the door I realized the truck had been in a side collision not a rear collision and the door was full of Bondo which is cracking. I contacted the dealership since I had only had the truck 5 days to see about swapping the truck with one that is very similar to the one I bought or at the least maybe to work together with them to replace the door. I figured if I bought a new door and took it to them maybe they would put it through their body shop paint it and put it on for me. I haven’t heard anything from them. I would trust them and do Business with them. Save yourself the headache. ( Remember I’ve only had it for 5 days as of this review.)

From the moment I inquired about my new 2025 F150, County Ford and Nate couldn't have been easier to work with! Coming from out of state the whole process was completed via email and text. When I picked up my new vehicle I was able to complete the process in under 2 hours which was key as I was visiting Colleges with my daughter. I would recommend County Ford and Nate to anyone looking to purchase a new Ford.

First, I will start out with what was good my salesman Sly was very polite and got me the answers that I needed. The car was clean and ready for the test drive when I arrived very professional. The Item that I was very not happy about with was after I had finished all the paperwork I was told there was only one set of keys. I asked how much it that going to cost thinking $50 to $75 but after googling it they are $300 to $400. I asked what they were going to do about it and got no answer. So, I recommend that you check before you make the same mistake that I did.

Overall experience was great. Truck had ac issues and dealer picked up, fixed and dropped back off at my house. The issue was handled perfectly!!
