You make a purchase for over 80k and they act too cheap to fill the gass tank up or do a oil change. I feel like it's distasteful and shows how little they value you as a customer. I went to buy Ford because I heard about the hospitality and dedication to the customers they have. That wasn't the case for me.

I really enjoyed my salesman Tony, he was pleasant and enjoyable to work with. The rest of the experience fell extremely flat. The vehicle was supposed to be cleaned and it was never done. Also, there was a surface scratch that was promised to be taken care of, that didn?t happen either. I felt like after my money was received, I was no longer a priority. The manager told me that I could come back on a specific day to have the work taken care of. I received a call saying that I ?had to? bring the vehicle in on a day that was extremely inconvenient for my family and I. Overall as stated the salesman was the only highlight of the experience.

We will NEVER buy from them again. To say they are less than honest is an understatement. Did you know that $53,000 less $1,000 plus $999 equals $55,999? Yeah, neither did I. CHECK THEIR MATH AND CHECK IT AGAIN. They tried to add the $1,000 we got for a trade instead of subtracting it, then somehow added in an extra $1,000 on top of it. Glad I got my calculator out. Second, it was miraculous how our interest rate dropped almost 2% once they applied some "coupons" when we were reconsidering because of the payment. Third, the truck was missing floormats. We were told to come back on Monday and they would have them. They couldn't find the one's for our truck so they gave us some out of another truck and they don't even fit. Fourth, they have our trade listed at almost $12K over what they gave us. And much higher than KBB has it listed. Stock # 221141B. This is a great truck, but they are royally screwing you on the price. What a bunch of crooks. We should have walked away, but you live and learn. Oh, and the online price magically changed, increased $500 when we checked it while they were working numbers. It's not them, it's the computer system is the answer we got.

You buy a car from these people at your own risk. I financed a fcar with them. Less than two weeks I had to spend over $600.00 to fix the rota at their garage. When i drew their attention, they said the car was fully certified. 5 point check indeed. Trust them at your own risk.

Wife and I purchased a 2020 F-350 Platinum. This was not the vehicle we were looking at but Jordan allowed us to walk the lot with no pressure to purchase this one or that one. He made us feel like our opinions mattered and our satisfaction was of his most concern. An enjoyable experience with the purchase. The sales mgr was a jerk at times like during the final contract and billing. But Jordan had done such an outstanding job we didn't care.
