Chris Nikel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat

After being blown off by the Jeep dealer in Owasso (after buying my last two vehicles there) I contacted Chris Nikel. Not only did I find a Jeep with better options, they gave me 2,000.00 more for my trade in. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Well worth the drive down to Broken Arrow. Could not recommend them more!

They are unethical and shady and apparently hurting for money so bad they resort to stealing from people. They will do $2000 worth of work without calling to authorize any of it and then strong arm you when you pick up by holding your vehicle hostage so you pay out of fear. Paid for a rental for a month and was told by Abel that if it had been "customer pay" the repair would have been completed in a week ??? It ended up being majority customer pay without any authorization whatsoever so he just admitted that they caused the rental bill to go up by $1000 too. That is dishonest, shady , horrible business practice and bad customer service. They also refuse to do factory safety RECALLS on vehicles older than a certain year because they don't want to be "married to the vehicle" . According to the manufacturer, recalls can be performed at any Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer but they turn people away if it is not worth their time or they think they cant get money out of you I suppose. Just because it is legal , doesnt mean it is ethical and I am pretty sure some of what they do it isnt even legal. I have heard so many bad things about this place and now I know why.

Vehicle is great. Finance at Dlearship would not process my application without husband's financial information as a co signer. I have been approved asa individual at other dealerships.
