Customer Care You Can Count On

Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. My regular service was scheduled to last for two hours, so they provided a loaner. Always quality service I can count on.

Oil Change

It was easy in and easy out. Wait time for oil change is about an hour and half. Nice, clean waiting room area with water, coffee, and cookies available for guests. Wish more waiting room seats. Thanks Dillon for taking care of my car.

Don’t trust anything said at this dealership!!

These folks will say anything to get you to buy a car but afterwards they treat you like you are at fault when service is needed and in my case they refuse to honor the after sale service that was to be free. They do not know who is responsible for the promises they make and then deny they were ever made. Every conversation is worst than the last . Do not buy from them if you expect to be treated decently! In my opinion they are guilty of breach of contract on many levels. This is the kind of dealership that gives car sales a bad reputation. I’ve haven’t been lied to so much in my 70 plus years of life. Not by just one person but by many different employees there.

Good for me

The staff has always been kind and professional with me. From my 2019 purchase to my last routine service visit last month, I’ve been treated well. They kept their promises to me for the complementary oil change service throughout that time.

Service department is shady make sure you get the part they replaced. They'll give a million reason why you can't have it. The one which is more likely the truth is, it's still on your car.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I spoke to the owner on the phone about a misunderstanding with service and I was blown away with how he spoke to me. Absolutely the most disrespectful car owner I have bought from.

Terrible Customer Service

My wife and I have been here four times in the past, and still haven't test driven any of the cars we went to see; the most recent was Saturday around 9:30 - 10:00 am went to see a Mercedes; I saw an older gentleman point and send out a young man who came out and his first words "I don't know if anyone told you guys or not but we're by appointment only" We said we didn't know, he looked at the car? And said are you looking at this car; My wife answered, "Yes," and he asked, and do you want to test drive it? My Wife answered "Yes" Well, our next appointment is at 2:45 pm, and he gave us his card. I wanted to get the car for my wife, but he never asked where we were from, how far we drove, or anything. She had no interest after being treated that way repeatedly at this Car Dealer, I told her sometimes we know we have to swallow our pride and overlook the way we have been treated if she wanted the car, but she said she just preferred not to give them our money to pay them to treat us like that. And how were we to know it's by appointment only? I didn't see that information on Edmunds when I saw the advertisement, but we saw the ad earlier in the week and didn't have a chance until Saturday to go view the car.

I have to say that I am very disappointed in Volvo of

I have to say that I am very disappointed in Volvo of Winston Salem. They seem to not want a customer to return to for service or to purchase another car. They require an appointment for sales and they aren't very accommodating to the working population. Now the service department is closed on Saturdays. That means those of us who work are not able to conveniently take advantage of their free lifetime oil changes, tire rotation, car washes and state inspections. I'm very disappointed with the ownership. Buyer beware. They used to be a great dealership, but it doesn't look good for the future.

Terrible business practices

Buyer beware! Terrible customer experience. Dealership encouraged me to sign documents quickly to lock in a car because they’re selling so quickly, but failed to mention AT ALL that the my deposit was not refundable if I changed my mind. Yes, it was in the paperwork, but a responsible and caring dealership would at least take the time to clarify that. This dealership never mentioned it once, so now I’m either out my deposit or have to buy a car I no longer want. Extremely shady business practices.

Very Dissapointed

My Wife and I purchased a used vehicle nearly 4 months ago and have yet to receive the title. The dealership never said anything about there being an issue with the title. We found out about the issue from our insurance company. I met with the owner of the dealership, Rob Satter Sr, and asked to simply be given a refund. He told me to "take my place, to get in line and wait, and to get used to it." I can't believe someone would treat a customer like this. I hope no one else has the same experience that we did so I encourage you to take your business elsewhere.
