We bought a 2025 Subaru Outback a little over a week ago. Our sales person was Dereck and he was amazing!! Normally, we hate car shopping, as the experience can easily feel pressured and intense! This was anything but the case. Our sales person, Dereck was the best car salesman we've ever worked with! He was patient, kind, yet factual and informative. His mild-mannered, practical approach shed a new and refreshing light on a very played out sales scenario; so much so, that we didn't even feel like we were at a car dealership. It was like we were just visiting with friends. It was awesome! Thank you, Dereck and the rest of the Adventure Subaru Staff for making this our new car buying experience! We will certainly be back.

Excellent dealership. Have bought 4 vehicles from them. Any time I had an issue with something it was handled.

Love the sales desk. Service still sucks. I quit using them on my first Subaru because of poor communication and no feedback (written) on each service. I find now that they still have problems: maintenance service turned into three and a half hours, although they did have to patch a tire. Got an invoice but no inspection information. If things don’t improve the next time I am leaving for good.

Excellent sales representatives and service representatives. Would buy another vehicle from there in the future.

Fair pricing for CPO purchase in 2022. They had limited inventory, but so did everyone else. Easy, no-haggling sales. A family member purchased a used vehicle from the dealership a year later and the transaction was just as easy. I've used their service department for all my service needs. Prices are transparent and I don't feel like I'm being sold services I don't yet need. I highly recommend Adventure Subaru and if the need arises, will definitely purchase another car from them.
