The car buying experience was made very easy Felipe and the rest of the sales team took great care of me it was amazing I love feeling very satisfied and I felt confident that I had received a very good very fair deal the best deal that I could get it was a very kind and loving atmosphere in the store and I felt as though everybody was working together as a team even the financing was easy there was a gentleman there that helped me by the name of Justin and he really made it work it only took a few minutes and he had me in and out the door and I felt very confident that I had been treated very fairly and I got everything I needed truly this was the best car buying experience I've ever had in my life and I'm I've purchased more than 10 cars in my life they're really aren't any more words that I can share that would be able to express my gratitude and the joy that I experience in a dealership they are just amazing it's an amazing team there and god bless them and I hope they continue to serve everyone here in Northwest Arkansas anybody that comes from anywhere else I'd highly recommend Lewis it's a family own business 80 years Plus it's my understanding and there's a reason they've made it 80 years they are very good to people and that is a nice thing to find in this world I would highly recommend this dealership for anybody looking to have a purchase a car or truck or anything else that they need the Lewis family is a blessing and to his local area their kindness cannot be measured today's Father's Day and I am having a terrific day and most of it because of other reasons but having my new vehicle that I love is really the icing on the cake and I don't think I even deserve icing on my cake but I have to thank God that on Father's Day he let me have some I think it's time for me to bug out thank you Lewis and thank you Felipe and thank you Justin and thank you for the rest of the team I think Tanner was there a few other gentlemen can't remember their names at the moment but thank you all appreciate it Time for me to and my review thank you

This Is, The Bad Really Bad experience that I have with this dealership. Especially with this service department. They keep my truck for almost 3 months and some of the problems was the warranty thing. But the services terrific. I’ll try to talk to the managers that they never called you back. I talked to with the advisor that he’s getting mad because I put a review and he says because my review he’s not gonna get any bonos. I already get it out After Three months. This dealership is a lot of people but really bad service. I don’t recommend and never come back to this place again For the last weeks. They tried to sell a transmission when it’s in bad order, so if you don’t have it, Dad say we can’t fix it because the customers needed the vehicle and you guys don’t care. Just only your Business, so my review is zero. And I never come back to you guys again.

Christian was my service visor he kept me updated and took care of me. 2023 ram 2500 Cummins made appointment for check engine light everything was under warranty they took care of the issues quickly and even wash the truck when they were done. This was 1st time taken my truck there for service. Didn’t care for ram place in bentonville or siloam. Lewis will be who I use going forward. Thanks again Christian Appreciate it!!!
