Very difficult check in process.

Very difficult check in process. Construction made everything a complete headache. Didn't even have the reservation we had previously made upon arrival and a lot of thought and planning had been put into figuring out which things we were going to have done. Don't plan on returning until your place is cleaned up. It's a zoo.

The service was good and accurate. They explained the needed maintenance, answering my questions. The construction is disrupting the process, but they are doing the best they can. Fall of 2023 should return the operation to normal.

Everyone is always super nice but they are clearly

Everyone is always super nice but they are clearly understaffed. I never get a quick response when I text my assigned service liaison and when I call them it also takes them awhile to take me off hold. I don’t enjoy the service here and would prefer to take my car elsewhere but can’t.

I enjoyed good customer service with prompt response and good flow of communication with the service person. Other personnel went out of their way to assist me in exiting my vehicle in the midst of all the construction and cramped parking. That you for a good experience.
